“My Nutritionist recommended that I try Body Ecology products and introduce fermented foods into my life per the BE protocol for my GERD. “I found BE just in time to start restoring health issues that were progressively worsening over a 4 year period. With the help of all the wonderful BE products I was able to nurse my digestive system back to functioning and heal a nasty weeping eczema rash that was quickly spreading. I was able to do this with the wealth of helpful information in Donna Gates' Body Ecology book and many website blog posts that provided all the info I needed to take the healing process step by step and without any pharmaceutical drugs. My favorite products are the Assist digestive enzymes, the Bifidus probiotics, Liveamend, Ecophage, and the two bestest of the best Super Vitality Greens and Probiotic Protein Shake which are super delicious hot, cold, with tea, or as a slushy with monk fruit sweetener. They are my safe base while figuring out what this body wants and doesn't! Which has been a nine month up and down healing journey! Thank you Body Ecology for providing this treasure chest full of abundant health healing wealth :):) sincerely Gail”

“I had two boxes of BE Kefir starter that don't expire til 2020. They no longer are fermenting my coconut water. BE could not find record of my purchase (or of many of my purchases over the years) and would not send out replacements. I had to buy new boxes. This time I will keep the receipts. But I am very very disappointed. The new boxes expire only 6 months after the old boxes...I always store them in the freezer. The CS fellow was respectful and pleasant, but it just isn't right that the product goes bad before the expiration date.”

“I can definitely see the difference in how I feel, and my immune system on all the body ecology products. I invest a lot of money in my health because if I didn’t, I would not be 48 feeling like 28. The majority of my spending goes to the top quality of BE superior line of probiotics, Ecophage, Vitality Greens, etc. I am on the monthly auto ship plan. My seventeen year old son takes all the same things I do and has cleared up his acne and can def. notice a diff. In his gut health. Customer service is awesome as well !! Thank you for creating amazing products that work Donna!”

“Can depend on good quality products not available elsewhere (5 stars). Customer service is also there to help with questions (5 stars). My only problem has been with some occasional website ordering glitches in the past that seem to be resolved now (3.5 stars). I also appreciate the wealth of good information BE provides. (5+ stars)”

“I first came across The Body Ecology book about 15 years ago. Little by little I started to incorporate her practices. I went extremely slowly but something always pulled me back to her. I knew in my body (in my gut so to speak!) she was on to something important. She was the only voice out there speaking about the gut biome. It just made sense even though science had hadn’t really caught up yet. Now they are learning more and more about how these microbes ARE our immune system, how they need to be fed and cared for, how they effect out moods, our health and even our behavior. I love the fermented pea protein powder with mushrooms. Since I started having it daily in my morning smoothie, I’ve lost the 10 lbs I could never loose, my lipid panel is amazing, and I am sailing through menopause actually looking and feeling better than maybe ever in my life! I also meditate and do HIIT interval training but only for 15-20 minutes, 3x/week. I also really like the spirulina powder for extra nutrients and energy. One time I failed to receive an order and Donald, in customer service just sent me another order free of charge. I really appreciated that and it made me feel like I am a valued customer. I’ve watched many of Donna’s videos and free workshops and continue to learn more from her. Some of my favorites are her videos on making your own cultured veggies. Now I eat them every day. My body is happy and grateful, and so am I. Much love and best of luck to everyone reading this. You can recover your health step by step with cultured foods, trial and error, and a loving, cooperative attitude towards our amazing bodies and the microbes which support them.”
