“My first time making kefir. I enjoyed the process, in which I followed the Body Ecology Diet Cookbook recipe. I used coconut meat. It’s in my fridge now, and I love using my batch to flavor smaller batches of sweetened-with-Stevia or savory (like adding herbs and garlic powder, or making the Tzatziki Sauce from the Cookbook recipe. One morning, I had the kefir for breakfast with the Pumpkin Flatcakes. So delicious! Flavor to your heart’s content!”

“My experience with the purchase of this product was wonderful, in that I could not, at the time, afford the postage and to my surprise Body Ecology noticed that I did not complete the order and asked why. Their offer to send it without the cost of postage was more than I expected. Thank you so very much. I am taking it and feel that I am treating my body with the respect that I should be giving it.”

“I love the products I am using. I am having a bowel movement every day. I’m 69 and I honestly can’t remember a time where I didn’t struggle with constipation. I love that I make a shake and drink my pre and pro biotics. It’s so much easier for me than taking dozens of capsules. I would give your company 5 but it seems it takes forever for orders to get shipped.”
