“Best culture starter ever. I tried other avenues - salt alone, raw whey from a farm, etc. The results just are not as fresh and alive as with the BE culture starter. I will never use another product or avenue to make my fermented veggies!”

“Making Kefir with B.E.D’S starter is easy and the quality is consistent.I am more regular when I use it.The only negative I see in myself is I get a little more nasal mucous which comes from using whole milk; when I make it with goats milk the mucous is less.For me the benefits of kefir are more important than a little mucous. I have used other B.E.D. products and have found them to be effective and excellent quality!”
