“This product unfortunately didn't work for me. When I inquired about returning it, I was surprised to learn that there's only a 50% refund for opened packages. (Obviously I should have read their return policy before ordering.) But I ask, how are you supposed to know if something works for you without opening it???”

“I've never had kefir before and wasn't sure whether I'd like it, but I will definitely be buying more. The product is quick and easy to use, and the finished kefir is delicious and really settled my stomach. I'll buy more and recommend it to my friends.”

“I just started taking this product. I have ibs and so far I seem to be having issues with gas and bloating when I take it. I'm going to try half a capsule and then see if I can then gradually work back up to the whole capsule. There are so many great reviews so I'm still hopeful.”

“We never know if we’re getting the The minerals we need from the foods that we eat. The soil’s are depleted and even when you try to get the best of food you really don’t know. Plus the fact that you have to eat so many vegetables and different types to get all that you need. I trust body ecology and love all of their products. Taking earth minerals makes me feel nourished. Love this product Is it so easy to take, I drop it in with a shit glass of water every morning.:heart:?”

“I have been through many, many diet suggestions as a person that suffers from Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and SIBO. None of those diets have had as much of a great impact as the Body Ecology diet.
