“I am really enjoying the homemade kefir I am making from the kefir cultures I purchased. I have never been a big kefir or yogurt fan, but this tastes great! I add a little vanilla and stevia and fruit for a fabulous smoothie!”

“My skin never looked so good since taking these mineral drops. I feel more grounded as well. Drops should turn your water to a murky color. I had a bunk batch once and it was totally clear with dark specks—not what it should be.”

“After using Assist Dairy & Protein and Assist SI for less than a month my digestion issues, while not completely gone, have more or less subsided on a daily basis. It's so hard to know what supplements are worthwhile and what ones you're just flushing down the toilet, but my body tells me these are working. Customer for life!”

“I like the BE WELL package because it includes the probiotic protein shake and the vitality super greens, which are delicious for my morning smoothie, and convenient little digestive care packages, which I take with meals. When I am away from home, it’s very convenient to simply take a package along with me! I can really tell that my digestion is better when I take these products.”
