“I haven’t found another probiotic like this one! It’s completely changed my gut health. If you have a severe need I recommend 6 pills a day instead of 3 (3 in morning, 3 at night) for the first 3 months. I notice a difference in my skin when I don’t take them consistently.”

“I have used EcoBloom along with the Kefir starter in a batch of kefir, my first batch, actually, and I’m impressed with the result. Its very rich and creamy, it didn’t take long to ferment, and the flavor is very mild. I’m waiting on an order of some canning equipment so I can make a batch of cultured veggies using the EcoBloom & the veggie starter. I’m expecting good things!”
