“I have thought that I might still have some candida since I had an infection 3 years ago and had to take a round of antibiotics. Since then, I have not been able to lose the 12 pounds that I gained. I started on the Candida diet several weeks ago. So far I have lost 3 pounds and feel much better and have more energy! I have been using the Kefir Starter and recently made the Quinoa Milk and the Coconut Kefir. The product works very well. My only issue is finding a warm enough place in our home since we keep our thermostat at 68 degrees. I am very thankful to have found this website!”

“This is a probiotic I can take with SIBO. It helps balance my gut. I giving it 4 stars because, I do bloat some from it. Still only taking 1/2 every other day. Maybe as I increase will get better. Helps with histamine too.”

“Great product , noticeable difference in solid formed Bowl movements since I have been using it . I know that’s weird to announce but truly that’s the first thing I noticed after about a week . I make a spectacular morning smoothie with the vanilla protein powder and greens mix and it gets me through until noon or just beyond . I do add to it, it’s just not the powders but I have several recipes that are tasty and substantial. Also I can pack up a bit for later in a mason jar for a hunger craving , I just Put that mason jar on a ice pack in my lunch box.”
