“Accomodating service. I wanted to order items to take up a sale offer but some items were out of stock. Staff placed a back order for me so I could avail myself of the discount. Not many business that I know of do that. The elbow strap was sent separately as it was already in stock. My husband wears the elbow strap for trades work as he has tennis elbow. He said the strap is still a little awkward to slip through the plastic loop but that that's because it's so new. The strap does the job well of supporting his elbow and helping the reduce pain and discomfort.”

“It would have worked well I am sure but can’t get it over my cast . The opening isn’t big enough to accommodate my rather bulky half cast from toe to just under my knee cap .”
