“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size have worn them and discarded packaging. I now feel I need the testical support instead as they are currently out of stock I’ve let you know to notify me when they are back in stock.”

As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Since this is an undergarment product we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
