“There Service was top class, but there sizes are way off there size guide shows where to measure and shows a chat for the size, and after following there guide I found the size recommened and placed an order, only to find it way to tight, so went back and orded the next size up, and again found it to tight, could only wear for a few hours (3-4) at best, and now have orded 2 sizes up. so I will say, double check your size!! talk to them and double check again try to get the right size for you”

As for the fit / size of the support, you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provides the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Hi Julia, Thanks for leaving a review and I'm sorry you weren't happy with the delivery time. After checking your order I see that your order was in fact delivered on time. Your order was placed on 1pm on Friday, after our 7:30am cut off for same-day dispatch. https://www.bodyheal.com.au/pages/shipping-delivery However, we managed to ship it on the same day, earlier than advertised. Secondly, Wednesday was Australia day which is a public holiday. So the delivery time was Friday, Monday, Tuesday and finally delivered on Thursday. Within the 4 business day estimate we had given. We hope you consider this and re-review the service aspect of your order. I will be addressing your product issue separately.
