“I ordered a waterproof foot cast protector for use in the shower. The product is great and a game changer for my partner who has a nasty wound on his ankle. Easy to use and excellent quality. My only criticism is that the order wasn't processed for three days, so it took longer to arrive than expected (5 days, and I paid for express post which led me to believe it would arrive in 2 - 3 days).”

Hi Brenda! Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear the delivery time frame did not match your expectation. Upon checking your order was placed on the 3rd of August after our cut-off time which is why it was not shipped out the same day. However, your order was shipped out the next day, August 4, 2022 (Thursday), and your order was delivered on the 8th of August (Monday). We believed that it is still within Express Post Shipping Time Frame and your item was delivered on time.
