“I ordered a waterproof foot cast protector for use in the shower. The product is great and a game changer for my partner who has a nasty wound on his ankle. Easy to use and excellent quality. My only criticism is that the order wasn't processed for three days, so it took longer to arrive than expected (5 days, and I paid for express post which led me to believe it would arrive in 2 - 3 days).”

Upon checking your order was placed on the 3rd of August after our cut-off time which is why it was not shipped out the same day. However, your order was shipped out the next day, August 4, 2022 (Thursday), and your order was delivered on the 8th of August (Monday). We believed that it is still within Express Post Shipping Time Frame and your item was delivered on time. Hi Alan! Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear the product did not fit. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We're happy to exchange your product, our exchange policy is 30 days. For exchanges, we will pay for shipping both ways. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with it's original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. Please allow time for returns to be received, checked and exchanged dispatched. If you have an urgent need for another size/colour/model then please place a new order and we'll process a full refund when your return arrives. The $9 return postage fee will be waived.
