As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day return policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. For exchanges to a different size/color/product, we will pay for shipping both ways. I recently ordered a Back Brace from BodyHeal and sadly ordered the wrong size. Not only did BodyHeal gladly swap my Back Brace over, they actually paid the Postal costs both ways. It was my mistake and the service I received was First Class. I can't recommend BodyHeal high enough for the assistance and courtesy I received. Thanks!

Hello Virginia Thank you for your feedback. We have responded to your email together with a photo showing where Australia Post left your parcel. We're sorry to hear that you still haven't received your order yet. We have already lodged an investigation with Australia post to further investigate your missing package. We often find that after lodging an investigation the parcel is often found, sometimes they incorrectly mark it as delivered. Also upon checking, the postie took a photo when they delivered your parcel. We have sent it to you via email and also please confirm if the shipping address is correct as well. Did you check with your family members or with your neighbours to see if the parcel has been accidentally delivered to them? We would recommend for you check with them in the meantime while we wait to hear back. I know it can be frustrating but unfortunately, we can't send out a replacement until we hear back. There's a good chance it's not actually lost and on top of that AusPost does not reimburse us for lost parcels. However, lost parcels are extremely rare so I am optimistic we will have a favourable situation. As soon as there is an update from Auspost, we will let you know immediately. Suffering arthritis in the feet and being a busy teacher, I needed something to support me to get through the day. I ordered a pair of ortho socks and they were so good, I ordered three more pairs. Items were shipped extremely quickly and even with Oz Post being a bit slow these days they arrived within a week. Thanks so much!

My review is still okay because I have had an just exchange for the size between small and medium not gonna change in more than three weeks that’s not right I bought it from your shop 3 belt ???

As per our email, Unfortunately, the item you returned to us doesn't have the original packaging as required by our returns policy. The reason we require the original packaging is that it has the barcode, product information and important medical disclaimers. Without the original packaging, the product cannot be processed by our warehouse or resold, therefore it can't be accepted by us. We hope you understand and appreciate our stance. I'm sure you appreciated receiving the product brand new with its original packaging. We have tried to make our returns policy as flexible as possible by allowing customers to try on the products to judge fit and suitability. 99% of the time returns are received in great condition and therefore we have been able to process refunds or exchanges without issue. However, in some rare situations (such as this) we aren't able to accept returns due to the condition of the product or packaging. We have returned this product at our cost back to you.
