“Great service and genuine business people. I have dealt with many companies in my 70 years and its refreshing to see an Oz company that offers service and stands by their money back guarantee. I purchased a product from them (after first consulting with them re my injury) and tried the product for a few days. The result was that the product did nothing for my injury at all and I returned the item and received full refund (minus $8 postage)......you can't beat that in these current times :)”

As soon as you have reported that you received an incorrect item, we have sent you a return label right away so you can have the incorrect product returned. Please note that we just received your return item on the 15th of March. You can check it here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/details/TXX500018901000650807. As for the refund we have processed a refund on the 12th of March and as per my previous email refunds take 3-5 business days for the funds to get credited back into your account.
