“I was very happy with he quick delivery and the clear instructions for the product. What I don't understand or appreciate is them expecting a review of the product after a few days. This is a medical device and it will take a while to know how effective it is. It is simply ridiculous to expect a positive review so early.”

“Aust Post claimed that they couldn’t deliver parcel as no where safe to leave it. I was home all day so not sure why not delivered but instead sent to a post office collection area. Unfortunately I am suffering from Covid so not been able to collect my socks that I have was looking forward to will leave a review if I manage to collect them”

Sometimes Australia Post drivers will take the parcel to the post office if they think that there is no safe place to leave your parcel. Once you are able to please collect your parcel soon as possible because the parcels are sent back to us after a period of time. Please also remember to take your tracking link and ID when you go to collect. We aim to keep our customers happy and satisfied. Thank you!
