“Product was not what i have expected”

“Due to my not sending complete purchase back for exchange and having to send 2nd parcel back to complete the exchange ,I still havent heard if 2nd parcel has been recieved by you and as a result still waiting for the exchange it was my fault but am now anxious re return .”

Hi Noeline, Thanks for leaving a review. The reason why you haven't heard anything about the second parcel is because we haven't received it yet. So we can't process an exchange until we get everything back, as we discussed. I recommend having a look at the tracking link that you sent so you can follow it's movements. “Ordered a knee brace online that was urgently needed and was very pleased to find BodyHeal had a greater range of stock and sizes than the supplier's own website.
