Upon checking, your order was placed on November 29 at 5:34 pm. It was dispatched the next day. Standard Post going to QLD takes 3-6 business days. Again, we apologize for the delay, Australia Post is having delays and backlogs due to Railway issues in WA hence why there aren't any real-time updates. You can check the status of the railway issues here:https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-service-updates/nsw-to-wa-delivery-delays There's only so much we can do in situations like this, we use Australia's best and most trusted delivery service but they're also facing issues/backlogs due to Railway issues and the coming holidays. Hello Llew! Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had to drive to the post office to pick up your parcel/order. Unfortunately, in things like that, we don't have any control. Once the driver sees that there is no safe place to leave the parcel they will forward that to Australia Post, Post Office. This is to prevent your parcel from getting stolen/damaged or lost. I hope you understand. Thank you!

“I followed the guide to measure my foot, it fit into both M and L so I chose the smaller ones thinking it would be more beneficial. They are too small. The returns process has been very good so far, with immediate responses to emails and hassle free send it back in same bag so no costs to me. Very happy with service thus far. Would recommend if you have a broad foot going up a size if you fit into two sizing categories. As far as the sock the relief from plantar fasciitis pain has been incredible. I kept one small pair as had already tried on and been wearing to see if it was comfy enough that tight,”
