“Body Heal offer the best products. I have used the Sacroiliac Belt for a few years, it really helps with the pain in my lower back plus helping me stand straight. I have just replaced it for a new one and was impressed with how easy it was to order and receive from this company.”

“I'm happy with all of the items I purchased from BodyHeal but it was 6.5 months before I received one of the items in my order. I might consider buying from you again but I'm reluctant to buy items that are out of stock. Updates on stock were not well communicated (I had to chase up) and reps said they didn't know when the item would be restocked. If you were selling on a large marketplace site, such tardiness would not be tolerated. Shortly after this review was published I received an (annoying) auto responder email from Body Heal/IO, "Thank you for your review, would you mind revising it or changing your rating now your issue has been dealt with". No I will not revise. Yes the item has been delivered but the issue I spoke about still stands!”
