“Have used the body heal products in the past and they are fabulous - this time I meant to order a short leg cover and ordered a long one accidently. The returns process was easy and no questions asked. My son has two broken legs so these have been a godsent when showering - when you are in that predicament anything to make life easier!!!”

“First order and the communication was great, order our processed quickly as promised. Not the companies fault and as it happens made no difference but the box was badly damaged when I opened the package, obviously not handled the best by Australia Post. As the contents weren’t breakable it wasn’t an issue.”

We're sorry that your parcel got damaged during transit with AusPost. Unfortunately, although rare, these things happen as packages are sometimes stacked one on top of each other (in a truck for example). I'd say more than 90% of our parcels are delivered fine which is why we have decided not to ship in cardboard boxes. We try to keep our prices as competitive as possible (while offering free shipping). Sending in a box would increase costs that we would have to pass on to our customers. The satchels that we generally use are recyclable and also produce less wastage than cardboard boxes. Which is the second benefit as customers are more selective about who they purchase from and the footprint they leave. However, we realise that some customers may be purchasing the product as a gift and can't risk any damage during transit. This is why we do offer the option to send the item in a cardboard box for just $1.50 extra that every customer gets offered on our cart page before checkout. You can read about it here https://www.bodyheal.com.au/pages/shipping-delivery#box. We recommend this option if keeping the product packaging in excellent condition is important for you. We've found that most customers throw away the product packaging after they start using the product so it's not as important as the price they pay in their decision. Hope this helps you understand why we don't make cardboard boxes a standard. Rest assured that all our products are brand new and if the satchel was sealed then there's no chance it's been opened during transit. Thank you for your purchase!

“Prompt in delivery, in email answers to questions, and a generous returns and exchanges policy. The knee brace was exactly what was described and exactly what I needed. Other reviewers wrote that they were happy with the products and found them comfortable enough to wear all day long. I feel the same.”
