Your process has been slow and uncertain. I'm having no response to my questions about receiving refund for a brand new item I returned to you: 23 Dec - Ordered Knee Supports and received confirmation 3-5 business days 3 Jan - Received response. Apologies but order will go out soon 8 Jan - I send email to ask for order cancellation because it's taken too long and I need to buy somewhere else 8 Jan - get response saying order has been dispatched 10 Jan - order arrived. It was too big. I decided to return it and would order a new one of the correct size after it was returned and I got my refund. 11 Jan - you confirm you are able to accept returns 14 Jan - i send you the knee brace 17 Jan - i get email from you to confirm 100% you have received the item 23 Jan - I ask about the refund because I have not received the funds 24 Jan - you say you hve not actually checked the warehouse for the arrival of the product have contacted you several times and no response at all. I still have not received my refund

Hi Ash! Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry for the inconvenience. May we know what errors you are getting that you are unable to open our website? Our brands are multi-national companies based in USA, UK or Europe. However most of the products are manufactured in Asia or Central America with the exception of Serola (which is still made in USA). We realize that Asia has a reputation for inferior products however this isn't always the case with it comes to multi-national brands (such as Nike). Our brands are similar, setting up factories in Asia/Central America and working closely to monitor quality and durability. As you can see from our reviews that customers are more than happy with their purchases. Our brands stand by their products. In the extremely rare situation, a fault is found we work closely with them to offer replacements. Thanks Bodyheal

I have tried for an hour to place an order for fingerless gloves, size Medium $44.97. When I next hit ‘add to cart’ Order does not add to cart, HELP!

For products that require a size, you will find the size chart button just below the “Select Option Above” button. Please be sure to follow the guide as they are recommended by the manufacturer. If you fall in the middle of two sizes then it's generally better to go for the bigger size.

I see you gave a bit more information here, we do not sell portable spas or anything even related to a portable spa. So we're more convinced now more than ever that you have us confused with another company. We do not have any orders under your name, email address or address.
