Hi Relle, Thanks for leaving a review. I see your order was placed on Sunday morning. Therefore your order was dispatched promptly on Monday morning and it was delivered on Wednesday. On our website, we state Express Post takes 2-4 business days and your order was delivered in 2 business days. I believe it's extremely harsh to claim that it was late as it was delivered within the timeframe stated. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/details/33F8Q552571301000960807 Secondly, in regards to the brace itself. There are so many variables with injuries that 1 product can't provide relief to everyone who tries it. This is why we have a return policy (with free exchanges) so that customers can try a product to see if it will suit their needs. If it doesn't they can return or exchange it for something else. If you have the original packaging and the product is still "as-new" then you can return it via our returns portal. https://www.bodyheal.com.au/tools/returns
