“ZERO STARS! Do not EVER purchase something from this website. It is a scam. I ordered a dress and it was delivered well over a month after I ordered it. The quality was similar to a bedsheet being cut into the shape of a dress and crudely sewn together. And was white. THE DRESS I ORDERED WAS NOT WHITE. I asked to return it for a refund and was told that nothing can get a refund if it was bought on sale. EVERYTHING ON THE WEBSITE IS ON SALE. They should be ashamed of themselves. I warned other people on their Facebook page and they ended up blocking me from commenting on posts. You will waste and lose your money if you buy something from this website.”
“Terrible product and even worse customer service. Fabric on 2 of my dresses are completely see through. Did not look like the pictures at all. The bottom fabrics on the romper didn’t match up and I have not received the other item I ordered. After 9 emails and pictures showing the awful products they claimed I cannot get refunded bc they were “on sale” even though in the refund policy it states if the product is defective you can return it. So basically a waste of $100. I should have known better and read reviews first. Do not waste your time or money. They do not care about their customers.”

“I placed an order for 2 items on February 21st 2019. Their policy says processing time takes 2-7 days but it is now March 11th and one item has “shipped” but the tracking number is invalid. The other item is still “processing” even after 12 business days. The company does not respond to my emails about when the parcel will arrive. I will never order from here again.”
“Hello. I actually give this store a zero, but wasn't an option. There service is TERRIBLE. Took almost 2 months to receive the dresses and when did get them were NOT the color that it showed. I order an adult medium and the dress fit my 70lb 11 year old daughter. Try to return but they claim this 36.99 dollar horribly made dress was on sale and therefore could not return. This place is a joke. Has an USA address but comes from China!!! I recommend NOT EVER buying from. Terrible terrible terrible. I was skeptical about buying from and should of not. I have reached out to this company and they keep telling me to track my package using the shipping information (they provided a tracking number that takes me to the USPS website and I get a message stating “it will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon."

“Deceptive company so far. Tried to make a purchase from an ad on Instagram. Had some amazing deal advertised. Made a purchase and have been waiting a long time to even get a confirmed processed order but the money left my account immediately. Still haven’t received info on my order so I reported them as fraud through my bank account. They finally reached out to me saying read the fine print FAQs. Turns out... They take over a month to process an order but take your money the second you place an order. The phone number is not even a real one you can call. You can only contact by an automated email system. That’s fishy. I wouldn’t buy from here.”

I placed my first and only order on Feb 25. It is March 5 and there has been zero response. They state it is not shipped and is an "international" order. I wrote via email to customer service and still no answer. I am very worried that they can and will scam my credit card!”
“If I could give negative stars I would. Awful customer service. My package said arrived and I never received it. I emailed the company and they told me to contact usps. I attempted to but they denied my request as I had no information such as type of packaging, address it was shipping from or anything. This dress was supposed to be for my wedding rehearsal. I’m very disappointed in this company and would advise you to shop elsewhere for any important event or if you actually want what you pay for.”
