“Scammers !! I cancelled same day and they refuse to refund after I purchased the same day. They took 48 hours to respond and claiming they will not refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I filed a complaint at the better business bureau.!! I am pursuing! I contacted the authorities also!”
“First of all, their marketing is completely distorting and delusional! It all looks so nice and professional but you have no idea what you're getting yourself into as a customer.
Shipment? All from China, tracking information all in Chinese, great... Takes about a month. I could live with that, but then I got the delivery.... The quality of the products is literally TRASH. One of the dresses looked so pretty on the photos - I doubt it's even the same thing. The cut was definitely different and the fabric.... felt like a chocolate wrapper. I mean, sorry but really they display those prices (i.e. 30$ instead of a 100$) - that's a lot of money! I spent around 120$ on 3 dresses - from their quality, they're not worth more than 2$ altogether, they're ugly, cheap, do not look like in the photos and will not survive even one round in the washing machine.
Now I have to figure out how to return those shitty products which I'm sure is gonna be a bit** as well. Still waiting for their useless "customer service" (HA HA) to reply and help me return their stuff. I'm doubtful I will get my money back.
Bottomline: I wasted 120$ for literal trash and still have to buy a dress for my friends wedding. All in all a huge disappointment. I hope that with this I can warn some other ladies off from buying there - save your money and don't buy something for a specific occasion cause you might get stuck with nothing.”

The dresses are thin and see though, the maxi dresses I ordered wrapped about and tied but did not cover your bra or underwear?? I would say they are more like thin robes that don't cover anything than they are "dresses." The website stated free returns when I first ordered so I thought it would be a great online shop... but its not free and they don't let you return anything. Also, ships from China and takes FORVER. DO NOT SHOP HERE!”

“I was advertised on Instagram for a really cute dress. The website is well done, and enticing with gorgeous photos, so I chose 3 dresses and paid. Everywhere at the time of purchase showed "free returns", "30 day money back guarantee" "100% customer satisfaction" so I felt confortable that if the dresses didn't fit me I'd be able to return them for a refund.
When they arrived indeed they not only did not fit, but the quality of the material was horrible. Basically see through plastic polyester. Horrible quality. I then sent a friendly email asking if I could return them as they weren't what I expected, and they told me I could not return them because they had been discounted. EVERY dress on their site is discounted, and at the time of purchase the FREE RETURNS was front and center. Very misleading. When I pointed this out they've been extremely unhelpful and would not refund. A total scam.”

They are very poor quality and completely see-through materials. Even the colours are different. When you try to return something, they come up with a “creative way” to accommodate you and that is send you more junk and you pay the shipping as they don’t refund sale items. EVERYTHING on the website is on sale. Don’t waste your time.”

They will offer to replace item for just shipping, but it’s still cheaply made. Plus, it takes about a month to get since it comes from China.”

I ordered two white dresses that looked adorable in the pictures. They were not true to size. They were not made of good quality material. They did not fit me so I wanted to return them. It took three different emails to finally get someone, they kept redirecting me to their refund policy on the website, and the refund policy stated to contact them before trying to return something. Made no sense. Then since I bought the dresses on sale (because they sent me a promotional code!!) I can’t return the dresses or get my money back. Such a scam. Do not buy from this store. You will be disappointed.”

“If I could give no stars I would. Extremely poor quality. They say made of cotton but it's really made from a polyester and hospital gown material. They say they offer a refund however not on sale items (except EVERY item is on sale). So they actually dont do refunds because literally nothing qualifies as a refund. Very poor customer service.

The product didn't ship for another week as your tracking number stated. We now have an unopened unused package from you we can't return and you stole our $128. “Completely dishonest company. Ordered, made a mistake, contacted them immediately to cancel/change. They said the product already shipped. Then the tracking number came out 2 weeks later. Argued with our CC company and Boho is claiming they are all legit. Scam....Dishonest....bad service and integrity.”
