“I bought the SUNFLOWER VIBE MAXI. Took ages to arrive and then looks like a very poor copy of the amazing dress in the photo.
Color was more like a nude, rather than a lemon color, which the photo and name imply. The fabric was 100% synthetic, not the cotton blend they say on the description. The length of sleeves and length of dress is shorter than the photos (I’m no model @ 163 cm.) The slight pleating which is evident in the pics, washes out after the first wash, so u r left with something that looks nothing like the photos. Plus stitching in front Seam is coming apart after first wash. Forget about a refund. Despite their promise of refund if not satisfied. The fine print says no refund on sale items and guess what, ALL THEIR ITEMS ARE ALWAYS ‘ON SALE’.
Terrible customer service. Only offered a very small refund, even tho they are selling under false pretense, by lying about the fabric and using photos which don’t represent the actual product they are selling. I Would never have bought this dress if I had known this was what I was getting. Buyer beware”

After countless emails, they finally offered to return IF I pay to ship to China (even though they claim to be a UK company). The dress I received is clearly not the dress pictured. This is a scam company and should NOT be trusted. They also do not have a customer service phone number to discuss with a live person.”
“I just purchased a dress and it took about a month for me to receive it which was no big deal as I ordered it for a cruise I am going on in several months. Their sizes do run small. I'm typically a 0-2 in dresses but using their sizing guide, I ordered a size small and it was perfect. The reason I only gave three stars on my rating was that the description of the dress online said it was high quality and on the model looks like it is a well made dress however, it is unlined and the fabric is very, very thin. Definitely not worth the $35 I paid. Quality is more of a $15-$20 dress.”

“Don't be fooled by their "deals" as the dresses are not true to size. They run small and short for any tall ladies out there. You cannot return them and they will offer you a "creative solution" where you only have to pay shipping, which costs more than the discount off the dress. Don't waste your money. I Ordered a dress and when it finally came in a month and a half later it looked nothing like the picture on the website with the top being too small and the bottom being too big. The material was so poor and cheap and the inside of the dress was completely frayed. When I emailed them for a refund they emailed me back asking me to take pictures of the item which I told them I did not have time to do and they should know what item they had sent me and the next day they emailed me that my item did not qualify for a refund. I emailed them back for a reason why I didn’t qualify and got no response. I would never buy from this site again! They don’t have a phone number Listed so that you can call and speak to someone I guess that is their way of ignoring you through email.”

I emailed for my money back since I clearly did not get what I ordered and they said it was not eligible for a refund because of there policy. B.S. it should 100% be eligible since I got a completely different dress from what I ordered!! Not to mention the cheap quality! It was completely see through and frayed on the bottom. “If I could give a zero, I would. I thought this website was based in the US or at least it would go through some level of quality check before an item is shipped to customers, but when I received a package directly from China, it definitely made sense why my 3 dresses took more than 6 weeks to receive. All poor quality and did not look like the pictures. The website promotes free shipping and free returns but when I go and email them to return the 3 dresses, they sent me a separate link that states the policy is free returns on full priced items only. And if I wanted to return, I would have to pay for returned shipping... to Tel Aviv!!!! It’s not even guaranteed that it’ll make it there and I’ll get refunded timely so I didn’t want to waste anymore money. It was very deceiving of them to falsely promote the free returns directly on page of each item and then not honor it. Just an FYI, I don’t think there is anything on their website that is full priced because they run promotions and have everything marked as on sale so they will never have to give free returns. I will never order from them again. If I knew it was shipped from China, I’d prob just go directly to AliExpress and pay a quarter of the price and know the quality I’m expecting. But boho is not cheap even with its sales and promotions. The quality is awful for the price you pay. Take your money elsewhere like Lulus. Boho is awful! Do not trust them! I also noticed negative reviews are removed from social media.”
“My order contained 2 dresses, one of which arrived approximately 1 month after purchase. I was fine with this, as I ordered it well in advanced from when I actually needed to wear it. The quality was not great but for $37 (sale price) and a shipping time of one month, I wasn't about to struggle with getting a refund. It's a pretty dress, just very cheap/thin material and I'll have to wear something underneath it. The second dress, based on the tracking info they gave me, looked like it had no activity and was still in China about a month and a half in. I emailed customer service about this, and why it didn't look like the item was moving anywhere despite already receiving my other dress and they still have not responded. Finally I received it, quality is poor as well, and it just isn't very flattering on me. It looked different in their photos. I emailed to inquire about a refund and am waiting on a response. Per their policy, returns are not accepted on sale items though, so I am not expecting great news. I definitely will not be using them again. There are much better options.”
