I tried to return and they say you cannot refund sale items (all their products are on sale) and offered me all different kinds of other dresses instead of any money back. You have to pay for returns which even if I send I'm doubtful I'll receive a full refund so its probably not worth it. The worst experience I've ever had with ordering online and customer service. It also took the items a month and a half to get to me since they come from some place in China I can’t even read on the delivery label even though the address listed online is in Michigan. It would cost me nearly the entire cost of the product to return these items to China so I guess I get to eat the cost as well. Would not recommend one bit”
“Horrible experience start to bottom. Bought 3 dresses 1 necklace. Necklace never made it. Sent 10 emails no one replied back on this. The dresses came VERY DIFFERENT from the picture from material to cutting to everything. One which is advertised as cotton flowy is made out of the same thing they make rain coats. Kid you not, worst onljne shopping. Refusing to refund me trying to get me to ORDER MORE (for free) but I pay the shipping which mounts up to be more than the dresses I paid for. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.”

And their "free returns".. not free for anything on sale, which EVERYTHING on their website is for sale, so its definitely false advertising. Their website says they are based out of Michigan, however all the shipping and tracking information is in Chinese. Seriously ladies, do not waste your time ordering from this company!!!! The dress looked like a hospital gown, not the beautiful dress advertised. The shop advertises free shipping and returns, but don’t be fooled by that. When I tried to return the clothing they said they don’t accept returns for sale items which is literally how every piece on their site is priced so they don’t ever have to accept a refund/return. Horrible product and horrible customer service.”

I tried to get in contact with them before the order shipped to cancel, but they waited over a week to get back to me to tell me that they already shipped it. The items were extremely cheaply made, did not look like the pictures whatsoever. One of the items I ordered were not even shipped. They will not issue a refund for the item I did not receive unless I pay for shipping again. They are thieves.”

“They’re just very unhelpful and rude company I tried to cancel my order the day after and they were making it very complicated, Plus since they’re overseas manufacturing the clothes were in China shipping to the states takes way longer and it’s past the 15 day return I tired to explain that to them but again very unhelpful. Cloths were cute but very cheaply made I honestly could’ve gotten five or six things from forever 21 with way better material. Just please save yourself the stress and don’t purchase from this site!”
