“It really takes quite an effort to put together such a wonderful set of yoga/pilates videos. Of course Juliana is superb with her mellow and soothing voice which makes all worries go away - at least for that precious time with her. Her guidance is awesome, and of course it is so pleasing to see her perform her own routine so beautifully -it is inspiring. I so appreciate the gorgeous natural background, almost always different - it means so much to me! Thank you for that, It would be almost impossible for us to visit all of those beautiful places. It is invaluable that you find it important to set your videos against such spectacular scenery. Also, the sound track is so professionally tuned to the exercise mode. Everything is just perfect. I got so much stronger and flexible thru your videos. You are so generous to give us so much health, good mood and simply enjoyment. All the best to you.”

“Lovely two weeks program. I am into gym and HIIT for a long time but the Transform program made me bring back the spark and rythum into my training. With a mix of your yoga & meditation classes is the cherry on the cake. I feel great. Lot`s figured that needed improving and definition is certain at the end. Thank you”

“Wonderful program. It has everything - energetic flows, some demanding asanas, calm wind down evening practices and some really powerful meditation sessions. Juliana is a wonderful teacher and seems a really kind and loving human being, I actually found myself looking forward to the reconnection sessions as if I was going to meet a good friend of mine. I’m certainly going to come back to the classes in this program every now and then.”

“I came to Boho rather by chance when I was looking for a Yin Yoga session. I stayed......... and I tried all the other yoga and boho transform sessions. I can highly recommend these short workouts! They are amazing and I promise you, you all will feel better afterwards. Juliana has such a great talent to motivate you, I really stick to the exercise, I don't give up, even if my muscles are burning and shaking..... As a business owner, I have so much stress and health issues. This is my personal journey with boho beautiful. It's a decision for your life, your body, to listen to your body to DO something for your body.”

“This company stands out from the rest ! They have cultivated and nurtured a beautiful product and online environment which feels really heartfelt. Aesthetically fabulous, you guys make me dream every time. The product, the classes, are as good as you can get on the internet and way better than many for me (of course it’s personal). I appreciate Juliana’s uncluttered style of introduction and ending of the classes as much as the content. The content I like in a class is the reminders about the mini adjustments that correct the postures. Other than that I like the teacher to be quiet to allow for the postures to be.
