“I started spending more time on youtube during lockdown, but found myself getting depressed, anxious and fat. I was doing yoga classes and they were fine but then my niece showed me boho beautiful and I fell in love with her offerings. All of the amazing locations she teaches her classes in have provided the escape I desperately needed. I started digging deeper into their channel. I appreciate the authenticity of which these two walk their talk. I feel as though I can live vicariously through these two amazing people, and have incorporated alot of their advice into my life. I start my day with Boho beautiful and end my day. Her smile as she is leading her classes just warms my heart, and for a while every little thing seems to be all right. “I have purchased the transform, retreat and happy healthy eating guide and have not been disappointed by any, the workouts are brilliant and after 2 weeks I could see an improvement l, the yoga is so relaxing yet challenging and really sets me up for the day. “I had never done yoga and was sent the link to the website by a friend to try. The free videos cover everything but I have also signed up as a member and purchased the yin journey. Juliana has a soothing toneand is not patronising and adapts to every level. The music is good and following this since March has been enjoyable and it is great to do something that I would never had tried. Great website.”
