“Me and my partner have been using the app for almost two years now… almost daily, we love it! My partner is even using it through his military service this past year that was incredibly difficult here, using your videos he made his whole crew practice daily yoga that helps a lot physically and mentally. We very rarely have issues with it getting stuck. Not much to say but thank you for your dedication and inspiring work! We have recently purchased the retreat program. It is beautiful and so much deeper and Next level body-mind wise. The yoga practices are challenging, refreshing and new. For us who have been buddhist practitioners for quite a while, we find the prolonged mindfulness instructions during, before and after- precise, though a bit basic for us specifically. understanding of course the attempt to create a fitting guidance for a very wide and varied audience. “Boho Beautiful is a bright light in my life! Life isn't easy living away from family and with my children all being teenagers now, I feel very down at times missing my family (parents and sister) and what I once was to my children. It is hard watching them grow but also so rewarding, but I miss their littleness. Then, you put perimenopause on top of that and it is a mess of emotions. Boho Beautiful keeps me grounded. I feel like Juliana is my friend that I visit each day. I love working out/practicing with her! I tell my husband and children that my friend is waiting for me! LOL. Her and Mark are such special people with beautiful souls and have created something so meaningful with a great team to help them run it! I love listening to their meditations and their content is top notch! I can't imagine not having their content in my life. They keep me grounded emotionally and keep me healthy! I have grown as a human when I started following Boho Beautiful! My husband always jokes with me about "my friends" and they do help get me thorough this crazy life like a true friend would. “We have enjoyed the Boho Beautiful meditations and yoga videos on YouTube for a while, and thought it would be nice to purchase the Ascension programme as a way of supporting their work and having access to a specific course to enhance our practice. Juliana's meditations have always been fantastic; both her calming voice and beautiful messages along with the meditation tempo/style (with talking and silences). The yoga can be beyond our ability, but there are always variations for us to do as we push ourselves further. Ascension is a combination of Julian and Mark and it is nice to see the differences in how the programme is led by each of them. It is a great way to expand our practice and we appreciate the work they have done (messages, meditations, yoga, the booklet, access to music, etc...) to make the programme accessible.
