“I love the west Juliana speaks to us. It is very gentle. I have used other yoga videos on YouTube, but they aren’t as quality as hers for a couple reasons. 1. Juliana takes me to different places in the world. I do not like watching someone in their living room. It is not inspiring, as I don’t experience anything new. I love the beauty of the places she travels. I love the video quality. Who is her videographer? I would love the contact info for my life coaching business! 2. She talks WITH me and not AT me. It feels more experiential than giving a list of instructions. Lastly, can you share where she gets her headbands? I would love to get a few, they are so pretty!”

“Boho Beautiful is the top Pilates/yoga videos out there. I have every app, have purchased every single package and continue to love them. I have been following Boho for over 4 years now. I had a major back surgery last year (I'm 35, 4 kids including twins and have degenerate disc disease). All four kids were under the age of 10, three under the age of 4. Once the doctor gave me the ok to workout after a long time in PT I immediately started with slow yoga from Boho and gradually worked my way back up to Pilates boot camp. Today I am fit, healthy and feel zero pain. So, thank you. If Boho asks for ANYTHING, I will help however I can. You guys are inspiring and you've helped me in so many ways. “TLDR: Love their work, been following for years. Appreciate that they have so much free content, their gentle and supportive teaching style and approach to their work. Recommend checking out one of their free videos, see if it's a good fit for you. ************************************ Love Boho Beautiful's videos and work. Been following them for years and there's a few things I really appreciate about them that keep me coming back over time: - They have tons of free content that they have kept accessible to the public including entire workouts, yoga sessions, and meditations. Recently, I purchased some of their paid programs (after years of using their free videos as the majority of my practice) and their paid programming is exceptional as well, and I feel good about being able to give back support to these two who have provided me with years of programming for free - Which leads me to my second point, they are so incredibly humble and never push for their audience to do or purchase things. Their messaging is incredibly gentle and respectful of where each person is in their life/journey/situation, and their intention with their work is so genuine and pure - Perhaps the most important for me, they create a nurturing space to meet you where you are. Juliana has the most soothing voice and cadence and her gentle but encouraging style resonates with me more than any other teacher I've found. The space she creates for people to just show up and do what they can and enjoy the session at the same time is awesome. It really fits me - it may not be for every, people should definitely see if it's a fit for themselves, but that more than anything has kept me coming back year after year. Mark has also started to lead sessions, which is cool to see. Appreciate the work they do and been fun to see them grow over time!”
