“I can only thank you for your courses which I adore and which bring me a lot of well-being and serenity everyday. I have been following your lessons on youtube for a few years but I admit that I decided to buy the yin yoga class a few months ago after discovering that I was sick and after having undergone 3 surgeries. these courses were extremly beneficial for me, for my relaxation and my physical and mental recovery. Everything from the retreats to the basic online programs are fantastic, i love the scenery, i love the background music, the easy to flow and follow programs, the words of wisdom, the chill feeling you get whilst I walk in your shoes. “There are many choices in the world of electronic or app driven yoga or exercise practices. I gravitated towards Boho Beautiful when I found their Youtube videos which lead me to their Detox program. I purchased the program of yoga workouts and diet plan that would help me reach my goal. I started to make the meals suggested. The meals are nutritious and absolutely delicious. I prefer plant based diets due to my love of animals. Within 2 weeks, I lost 5 lbs. I also felt better physically and mentally. I also loved that Boho Beautiful shot their videos in exotc locations. The format was so different from the typical studio versions on the market. During this COVID-19 epidemic, I crave the workouts. The videography of beautiful locations gives me something to look forward to given that we are under Stay in Place orders. I recently purchased "Boho Beautiful 10 Days" which is a combo of light weight and body weight workouts, yoga sessions, meditations and affirmations plus another eating guide. It's just what I needed to offset the effects of this stressful time. I will continue to follow and purchase Boho Beautiful programs. Their mission is to guide people towards their best lives. “I love this brand! I discovered Boho Beautiful in March of 2018, when I started my fitness journey! I was about 30 pounds heavier and miserable. I was looking for a way to care for my mind, body, and spirit in a way that also contributed to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. I found Boho Beautiful by googling "Yoga" and was drawn to their aesthetic. Though I know now that this is NOT why they do yoga, it drew me in and hooked me for life. I have consistently followed Boho on all social media platforms, purchased multiple jewelry items from their store, and am a recent Patreon member. “Love the variety of of programs Boho Beautiful offers - from great yoga (including Yin)/pilates workouts to segmented body conditioning to meditation and other bonus lifestyle segments and motivations. As a big traveler, I enjoy experiencing the different global locations. Music is great, filming is gorgeous, Juliana's calming voice and sequences are all that make their channel, site, and programs really special. I appreciate both the free content on Youtube & website, as well as the hour long and more extensive classes on Patreon. I've even purchased their paid programs and find that every piece has a place in my fitness (both physical and mental) routine. Boho's messaging is really positive, kind, caring, and uplifting.
