“These are the only workout videos that I watch. I’ve tried others, but I feel so comfortable with Boho Beautiful. Its working out my physical AND mental health. She talks about physiology sometimes and the effects of the exercise on an emotional/spiritual aspect of it at times. Overall, I highly recommend Boho Beautiful.”
