“I have known of BB workouts for a while due to you tube, however I never thought I could be able to do the more intense ones however i have decided to just go for it and I have no regrets. The workouts (transform challenge) are hard (some more than others) but it is also inspiring to see my progression and how am I getting stronger physically as well as mentally. I really like Juliana’s kind but firm guidance. Sometimes I feel they are upper body heavy but as this is my weakest area it is a great test. I am learning to see my current state as a starting point to move to the next level rather than judging myself that I am not “there” yet. Thank you, Mark and Juliana!”

“For the past 4 years, most mornings, I look forward to spending 45-60 min with any of Boho beautiful work outs either yoga, pilates or fitness. I have just purchased the Transform program and and I am loving that I do not have to decide which work out to do as I am just following the schedule! every work out in timely with how my body feels ! “Juliana of Boho Beautiful is amazing 🌟. Her voice comforts you through each meditation. I have never been one to Meditate as I just found I couldn’t relax enough or my mind would constantly wander. This is the first time I have been able to stay with the now and the mantras are so wonderful. Yoga is an avenue I always wanted to get into but didn’t. I now look forward to each class. “I was exploring You Tube for workouts during the spring of 2020 when we were in the early months of Covid lockdown. No longer able to go to the gym or my yoga studio, I tried a few different channels for yoga and fitness, but always came back to Boho Beautiful. I find Juliana truly inspiring and her yoga, pilates and fitness workouts always pushed and challenged me a little further than other workouts, while also providing modifications for different levels. I also look forward to the lush background in the videos which add to the overall aesthetic and mood. I appreciate Juliana and Mark's spiritual perspective and how it influences their overall message as it aligns with my own. Furthermore, I'm seeing physical results from their daily workouts and as a gift to myself in the New Year I purchased two packages - the Transform to focus on strengthening and cardio and Retreat, to focus solely on yoga. I'm presently doing the 14 day Transform package and absolutely love it. It is challenging me on many levels, but I'm building strength daily and seeing results. I look forward to starting the Retreat package afterwards for a deep dive into my yoga practice. Needless to say, I highly recommend Boho Beautiful and appreciate their positivity and loving message as well. My workouts and/or meditation with Boho Beautiful are definitely one of the highlights of my day!”

“Another beautiful program brought together by two beautiful people. This is the second program I've done from Boho Beautiful and it is absolutely worth it. (I did transform last summer and it was amazing). These classes are so thoughtfully curated and put together in such an intentional way. I'm so glad I took the time to work my way through it. “Juliana wasn't kidding when she said she made this hard! I am loving it and, even though I'm only ten days into the program so far, I can see a difference. I feel stronger, I have more muscle definition, and I don't need to modify as many of the exercises as I did on day one.
