“Honestly I can’t say enough great things about Boho Beautiful. Juliana and Mark have absolutely saved my life. I’ve struggled a fair bit in my life with anxiety and depression, Juliana’s classes have really whipped me into shape spiritually, mentally, and of course physically. I no longer struggle with low self-esteem which plagued me most of my life. The content on this life-saving platform continues to challenge me in every way and I am absolutely honored and overjoyed to be a Boho student. The classes are demanding and addictive. I feel like my brain has been rewired and although my life is far from perfect I feel blessed to have this body, this vision, this spirit. “This is more than just a yoga program, it's a way of life. Boho Beautiful has expertly managed to craft the ultimate recipe to live a healthy, vibrant, and meaningful life through yoga, meditation, awareness, and overall health. What first attracted me to Boho Beautiful was the beautiful locations the yoga videos were shot in. Having traveled myself, it felt like I had magically transported back into that element, and it wasn't just the location, it was the way in which Mark and Juliana capture the essence of travel and what you learn abroad from opening your heart to so many perspectives. I have yet to experience anyone who has been able to capture the spirit of travel like Boho Beautiful does. I actually experience that same glow, euphoria, and gratitude for our world, on and off the mat since practicing Boho Beautiful regularly.
