“i found Boho on utube a year ago - i came across your 5 minute arm exercise video (blue top lavender leotard) i do it several times a week. i like that the exercises are geared to one part of the body just for 5min - Juliana make more videos like this one - for each part of the body (5 min) to tone increase muscle and help keep women over 60 feeling pretty and healthy - as one gets older even if in good shape it is so important to keep muscle. muscle helps with everything. I'd like to see you make 5min exercise videos for all parts of a womens body. Gentle muscle building exercises - to sculp and keep muscle on for health and beauty thank you Juliana - your smile makes me smile”

And I can say with absolute certainty that there are no analogues to what boho beautiful is. “I discovered Boho Beautiful back in 2020 after COVID-19 had swept the world and I needed an online exercise program. I started off combining different short workouts from YouTube, and found the beautiful backdrops and teaching style to be exactly what I needed. Because I loved the workouts so much I ended up purchasing Retreat, then Transform, and finally Ascension which I began journeying through a few days ago. These programs are worth every penny. “Looking to get stronger & more flexible, I searched Youtube & tried various Yoga workouts. Nothing wrong with them, but the only one I managed to not stop the videos after 10-15mins out of boredom were Boho Beautiful's. I stumbled onto the 2020 Yoga Workout Challenge, amazed myself by completing the challenge & saw results I was looking for. Throughout 2021 I kept coming back to Boho Beautiful's videos. They were short, quick & effective, which suited me physically & mentally. Best of all, they transported me to the beach, the forest, by the lakes, up in the mountains. I felt like I've traveled to exotic locations on my yoga journey. When I saw the Ascension trailer, it just resonated with me. I felt both physically & mentally ready for it & signed up right away. Am in the middle of the program right now, & I'm sure I will be going through it again when I'm done. Boho Beautiful - on my "gratitude" list for life :-)”
