“Everyday I wake up with the motivation to have an hour session with Boho Beautiful. Sometimes I also utilize the 20+min videos for quick sessions. “Boho Beautiful has generally given me life. I was introduced to the world of yoga in such a blissful way and Getting Boho Beautiful in 10 days is an amazing plan. “I have followed Boho Beautiful for several years and truly appreciate Juliana's & Mark's contributions to planet earth! I loved the 14 day Yoga/Meditation series that came out in 2021 at a time when I needed it the most. :) It was a perfect way to start the new year rebalancing body, mind & spirit. My MIL was recently put on hospice and Juliana's meditation on anxiety and fear from the 14 day program has literally saved her from ongoing panic attacks! She now listens to the meditation everyday on a loop as she is falling asleep. BoHo is sending out lots of love and light at a time when humanity needs it the most. “I have been following bohobeautiful's programs for a little over 3 years now. I progressed slowly but surely in strength, in body-mind alignment and sharpened. Juliana and Mark are motivating in the sport, spiritual field. The videos are well explained visually, and each movement is detailed before moving on. Her voice is calm and composed, not at all the over-excited fitness type that demotivates you at the first bawling syllable supposed to wake you up from your torpor! Besides being probably the cutest person I've seen on YouTube (but Mark is awesome too), she always does her routines in heavenly places Believe it or not, I've already started to cry during the session (as soon as she said "get rid of your stress by exhaling it", I felt all the weight of my shoulders go quietly and I cracked, rather annoying, but effective!). His videos are super beneficial. Truly a channel to discover!”
