There is indeed a lot of other yoga offers out there but for me yours stand out so much! The energy you give, the creative flows, the AMAZING places you take us to, everything is incredible! I am a yoga teacher myself as well, and being able to let myself flow and lead by your creativity, vibes, and great voice is a bliss! I actually started my yoga journey a while ago with you and I still enjoy so much your classes! You last yoga retreat online was AMAZING, I do a class every morning and start again every week. “I was an absolute Yoga beginner with a lot of physical pain and fear. Mark and Juliana picked me up in 2016, teaching me a lot about nutrition and healthy workouts. It took 4 more years for me to give it a real try. And as I started with Detoxify and Retreat, I learned, that there is no being good or bad at yoga. I'm fine where ever I am. I learned that I can control my breath. I learned that I really can take care of myself on my own. And that changed everything. Fear and pain started disappearing after only two weeks of practicing. And I continued to relax and let got of fearful memories. With the help of those two people that I have never met, I am on a good way.”

“I just finished the two week Boho Beautiful Complete program and definitely enjoyed it! The Pilates and Yoga Workout videos can be quite challenging, and I loved having Yin Yoga interspersed between those work outs to work on flexibility. I'm now doing the program a second time and am super excited to see how much I've improved. I also downloaded the Yoga Retreat and can't wait for that next challenge. Never thought I'd be a yoga person, but now find I crave a little bit of yoga/me time every day.”

“It isn’t an understatement to say that Boho Beautiful changed my life. I have always been athletic, competing in marathons and road bike races when I was younger, doing marshal arts, going to the gym regularly. Then I experienced 10 years of constant injuries, a painful relationship breakup, a serious car accident and very stressful life circumstances. As if that wasn’t enough, I hit menopause and my body started to change. I put on weight and was too embarrassed to exercise in public. In an act of desperation, I looked for online yoga classes and found Boho Beautiful. At first, I couldn’t even do the easiest YouTube videos. I kept pushing myself to stick with it and eventually started to gain flexibility, strength and balance. I still have a long way to go but, as I look back, I’ve come so far from where I was when I stepped on the mat for the first time a year ago. I keep listening to Juliana’s advice and accept that I am exactly where I need to be and that I’ll only improve with perseverance and dedication. At 53, I feel fitter and look better than I did at 40. I also have a calmness and confidence I’ve never felt before. Thank you Juliana and Mark for all you are and all you do.
