She leads each practice in a way that you are able to embrace your own practice with her suggesting more advanced poses to push you further. “Boho Beautiful is the best thing I could ever find on the internet world. Juliana and Mark literally changed my life. I had a very bad lifestyle and I was really insicure about myself as per my body but also my mind until I've discovered their channel on youtube and started doing yoga. And then pilates and then meditation. I'm a person who loses interest right away but the months are passing but Boho Beautiful is still included in my daily routine. I'm growing stronger and more flexible, I've learnt how to do the splits and I'm getting also into vegan cuisine thanks to them and I've always hated vegetables...their inspiring words really changed my way of thinking and made me a more blissfull and calmer human being. Juliana is an inspirational teacher and Mark does a more than amazing job with the videos. Each video is pure art, the sceneries, the angles, all the details are magical. You two are special ❤”

“GoodmorningIm on day4 today lets say ,i do them in the evening from monday,but isvery inspiring n good programme,so liitle before the sun goes down i m done with it!love n light,samothraki is a very inspired place for gr summer anytime !been there3 summers,it has a camp etc,higt jiking and a moon road,3 paths for waterfalls,you will love it,long trees etc.the top has to names one is moon(of gods)too big energy on the land,peacfull,raki &goats!!black stones..o love nature,niw i cant fo camp i feel easy the cold bb smutch”

I've followed You on Youtube since last September, and I've really enjoyed all your videos - Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and your shared ideas, events of your own life too. All the beautiful landscapes brought into my tiny little flat here, in Hungary - I am just so grateful to You!!! So, couple of weeks ago I decided to buy the new 2020 Boho Beautiful Retreat for my birthday (I got it as a present from my Mum :-)). I'm myself a yoga teacher and I originally thought of learning simply more about yoga - but it has given me way so much more!!! It helped me to develop innerly too with all the wonderful Journal exercises, I just loved it. And Juliana, your way of movement is so beautiful and perfect! I truly admire You! “Boho Beautiful is amazing!!! I have purchased Retreat, Detoxify, Complete, and Transform and I love them all! I have become so much more flexible, in tune with my body, and it has really helped me to balance out my fitness regimen. As a physical therapist, an avid runner, and someone who has consistently worked out for years, Boho Beautiful has brought me to a new level of fitness, self-confidence, and strength. The mental benefits are astonishing and I’ve become so motivated and renewed with my health and fitness goals! My husband and my 8 year old daughter have come to enjoy our daily “Boho.” I highly recommend these programs!”

“the Retreat program is very good, but two things could be improved: (1) even if there are 3 levels for each Yoga class, some positions (e.g. headstand) even at level one are very difficult to do for someone that has never practiced it before. A set of tips or additional videos/suggestions on how to execute or substitute particularly difficult poses would be helpful for beginners (2) the meditation videos are different from what I expected. I expected more guided meditation sessions, rather than explanations. So maybe it could be good to include more guided meditation material, or clarify this better in the product description.”
