I never enjoyed going to a class as I always preferred the deeper inner quiet that could be achieved within my own personal practice. I found Juliana at the beginning... when the C stood for confidence😉 and my practice was able to advance more than I think would have ever been possible. “I wasn't fond of yoga before but there are so many options for gentle, power, strengthening, flowing yoga, pilates, meditation, many levels. I needed some stretching and yoga practice before in person, but now I can fully enjoy this online practice. No pressure if you take it as a practice or as a way of living. Many options for free and even more in app. You are putting a lot of work into it. Still for affordable price. And I appreciate that you choose somebody who needs help more than we do. Thank you.”

“I recently purchesed Transform and just started out the program. I have been following Julianna for a long time now so I knew this would be a safe bet. Transform is everything I love about her style. Quite intense but never overwhelming, tiring or boring. Just the perfect fitenss-yogalates-working out mix. I haven’t been focusing on my strenght and resistence for a long time, and now I have been regaining this healthy feeling that comes from pushing harder. Couldn’t been happier with this purchase.”
