Worst ever company i have seen in my life. As soon as you setup the plan they are interested in your money nothing else.
I had a very long discussion where for a package of 27.99 you are covered for all electric, boiler, etc but in the afternoon
they sent me conditions which is a big list and none of them were mentioned over the phone. It says boiler only covered if less than 7 year old. Boilersure have right to change the plan whenever they want. There were plenty of exceptions which were never told on phone. Not even mentioned that we will send conditions later.
They basically are coners. Over the phone and website they dont tell anything but after you setup and they are good for stealing your money they send the conditions . As soon as i see the terms i called to cancel the contract but was being told that they cant do that and i have to speak with the manager now. I said to pass the manager and they said that manager is not available. Manager is not required to setup but required to cancel.
Anyways i rang next day and said to pass manager but manager was not still available. So i said if manager is here or not i want to cancel it right now . So they being reluctant but cancelled it. I got a written confirmation on 17th December at 14.16. Just to tell you it was setup on 16th about afternoon time . I was promised that its cancelled and no payment will be taken. Next day i got a call from boiler sure manager offering me different options but i said if i need anything in future i will let you know but he kept saying take the service and if you are not happy we will refund your money. But i had made my mind after reading the terms. Also every email they sent they ask me to refer them to friend and family. If i am quitting how can i refer you. Its worst thing i have ever seen my life. I am not a hypocrate that i dont want your service for free (as offered by manager to me) and refer friends and family to pay for that.
It is 23rd December today and i open my bank account to see a payment of 27.99 taken by boiler sure. I have cancellation email from 17th December at 14.16 as well as call record which was on 17th December at 11.51 am. Called my bank and explained all which they said that they will contact the company and will sort out.
Anyways to cut it short if you want to be coned you are most welcomed to join Boiler Sure. They are a disgrace to Grangemouth.”
