“These beans are excellent- even more excellent is the cook book with loads of delicious recipes. The supermarkets don’t always stock the types of beans the recipes use, but the on line shop sorts that out.”

That definitely doesn’t sound ideal, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait around all day. Unfortunately, the delivery is handled externally, so it’s not something we’re able to control directly, but your feedback is really helpful and we’ll absolutely pass it on to them team.
