“I rang by mistake this morning and spoke to Peter who was very helpful , I wanted to cancel my sunlife policy , which wasn’t with your company , after listening to my enquiry Peter took some information and gave me a contact number for sunlife to cancel my insurance with them . He also asked if I would be interested in saving money while still being able to get the same benefits . After a lengthy conversation I was able to reduce my monthly payments from 55.00 a month to £22.00 a month( roughly ) with the same cover. So I decided to take the offer of his help and am now with AIG . Throughout the process Peter was respectful and efficient without being pushy or hurried in our conversation . The emails were sent and received and I remain very satisfied with my transaction . Thank you Peter for our unexpected encounter and the outcome ,Regards Trudy”
