Appalling product and service because of a lack of attention to detail and completely innaccurate dispatch promises. Why pay for any postage at all - many items arrive OVER TWO WEEKS after they have been ordered. Sizes are completely inconsistent, some 6-8 labelled women's trouser sizes coming up as 12-14's....other T-shirts sold as Size 10 more like baggy 14's...and some turning up SMALLER than advertised!! Dispatch is also often marked and emailed to you clearly, but for items that are not even included in the package that arrives! Had a seam fault on an item worn for barely a week, which I photographed and sent in - only to be firmly told they would have to examine the item and I would be liable to further costs if found that an obvious seam weakness was somehow my fault !! Please don't buy with this company, you WILL be disappointed. They really should return all postage monies charged for items which take longer than the 5 day postage stated. Also some very cheaply made items with shortcuts such as insecure waist-elastic-inner that twists after a wash.

Ik heb zwangerschapsparka met Art.nr 91682681 besteld bij bonprix. Nu is na een half jaar gebruik de rits kapot. Bonprix geeft helaas niet thuis wat betreft garantie, maar ik denk dat een jas langer dan een half jaar mee hoort te gaan. Enige wat me aangeboden is, is 10% korting en gratis verzending. Ik ben al jaren goede klant en ben niet blij met deze afhandeling. Voor andere potentiële klanten. Bonprix heeft een hoop producten, maar verwacht geen service of garantie. Mij zijn ze kwijt als klant en ik zal proberen anderen te waarschuwen voor dit bedrijf. Gr Sanne

I wanted to give no stars. Lost my return in warehouse so I didn't get credited. Charged me £4.95 for 'late' parcel which I received on 1st Oct and returned on 2nd so that was wrong too as I had until 14th to return it. I have receipts from Hermes. Pay me back. I was told they have been holding money of mine for over a year without sending me a statement, letter, email or phoning. Is that even allowed? I found out by accident.Customer Services said things often get lost and 'not to worry' well sorry I want my £15.99 pronto. Everyone on customer services says something different so you don't know what is going on. They never take ownership of the problem and actually do anything. They cut you off if they don't want to deal with a problem and this happened to me. They had all my details but kept saying they can't find me on their database and send them again. Wrong. Letter came with facsimile signature so no personal service just a standard letter saying my problem has been resolved. Wrong again, I've asked for answers to lots of questions which they constantly ignore. They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I'm 75. They just don't care. They say to please let them know if I'm still dissatisfied because I could go to the Ombudsman but they'd prefer to deal with me. I've written to two of their board members which I found online (Otto Group) asking if they think all this is acceptable. I have also written today to their customer services manager Diane Marczynski whose 'signature' was on my letter. Just a facsimile, obviously and a standard printed letter again obviously. No personal service, nothing done about my questions. Sick to the back teeth with them. Don't bother ordering anything from them they are a waste of space. I shall continue until I get my money back, and I will not give up. This company is broken.

Absolutely terrible company!! I ordered 3 polo shirts for work, they gave an estimated delivery date but the items did not turn up til long after this date (I waited about 2 weeks) When the items did turn up only 2 of the polo shirts were in the bag. On the invoice it stated that 1 of the polo shirts would be delivered on another day (not impressed) I have waited and waited and the 3rd polo shirt still has not arrived and it's now been about a month. I was relying on these polo shirts for work so I needed them a.s.a.p. The 2 polo shirts I do have are great when you wear them once but as soon as you wash them they are a nightmare to iron as they crease badly. I would not recommend this company to a friend, not even to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time or money on them.

Very disappointed ordered for the first time to told for three days in a row that my order would be delivered then when it came the bag was ripped open with an item missing then I have to wait a further 10 days for my money back shocking

I had the same problem as last person I was told my item had be delivered but I didn't receive it was told they would investigate I was shown pictures of a parcel left by someones door could have been mine could have been anyone's but anyway left on door step for any passer by to see this is what they class as a delivery no attempt to put it somewhere safe with a note with this they have closed the case no money back no goods this is a terrible way to run a business

AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY - I PLACED AN ORDER ON 5/11/18 AND PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I WAS UNFORTUNATELY TAKEN INTO HOSPITAL AND THEIR COURIER PUT A NOTE THROUGH MY DOOR SAYING HE HAD LEFT THE PARCEL BY MY GATE! HE THEN TOLD BON PRIX THAT HE HAD DELIVERED THE PARCEL AND THAT I HAD SIGNED FOR IT. I CAME HOME ON 7/11/18 BUT THERE WAS NO PARCEL. I CALLED THEM (VERY ANNOYED) ON 8/11/18 AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO NEED TO SEND THE COURIER SLIP, THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME. I RECIEVED AN EMAIL FROM BON PRIX ON 14/11/18 TELLING ME THAT THIER INVESTIGATION SHOWED THAT THE PARCEL WAS DELIVERED ON 6/11/18. I CALLED THEM IMMEDIATELY AND RECONFIRMED THAT THE PARCEL HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND THAT I HAD THE COURIERS SLIP SHOWING THE PARCEL HAD BEEN LEFT OUTSIDE (WITHOUT MY CONSENT TO DO THIS). I WAS THEN TOLD THAT THE EMAIL SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SENT AND THAT THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS REDELIVERY IS BOOKED FOR 15/11/18. I SAID THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS I WILL BE BACK IN HOSPITAL (THE PARCEL WAS GOODS FOR MY HOSPITAL STAY) AND WAS TOLD THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL AS THE GOODS ARE WITH THE COURIER - I SAID MY FAMILY WILL REFUSE THE PARCEL WHEN IT ARRIVES AND I WAS TOLD A REFUND FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY WOULD BE APPLIED. THE PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE. I CALLED THEM AGAIN TODAY (16/11/18 @ 19:47) AND SPOKE TO TAPIWA, SHE SAID THE PARCEL IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED ON 6/11/18 SHE ALSO SAID SHE DID NOT KNOW WHY I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE REDILVERED ON 15/11/18. AGAIN I SAID I CAN SEND THE COURIERS SLIP BUT SHE DID NOT WANT IT UNTIL I SAID I WANT TO MAKE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT, SHE THEN ASKED FOR THE SLIP TO BE EMAILED. I HAVE SENT IT SEVERAL TIMES THIS EVENING BUT IT KEEPS BOUNCING BACK AT 8:20PM I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM BON PRIX’S “COMPLIANCE OPERATIONS” SAYING THEY HAD CLOSED MY COMPLAINT AS THEY BELIEVE THE COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED, IF IWISH TO TAKE IT FURTHER I CAN CONTACT BON PRIX OR THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMEN SERVICE AND SO I HAVE JUST SPENT ANOTHER 21 MINUTES TALKING TO LAS, HE SAID I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TOLD TO EMAIL THE COMPLAINT AND PICTURE OF THE COURIERS SLIP, THEY WANT IT SENT BY POST! I SAID THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE AS I WILL BE IN HOSPITAL FOR AT LEAST 2-3 WEEKS, HE THEN SAID I NEED TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO WRITE TO THEM ON MY BEHALF AND POST IT TO THEM WITH THE COURIERS SLIP ENCLOSED, I TOLD HIM THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. I ORDERED THE GOODS NEARLY 2 WEEKS AGO, THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ALL ALL TELL YOU DIFFERENT THINGS AND DONT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEIR COLLEAGUES ARE SAYING. THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME WITH AN EXPLANATION REGARDING WHAT THE COURIER HAS DONE WITH MY PARCEL OR WHY HE LIED ABOUT ME ACCEPTING AND SIGNING FOR THE PARCEL, THEY HAVE CLOSED MY COMPLAINT WITHOUT INVESTIGATING IT PROPERLY, I DONT HAVE THE GOODS AND WILL BE OUT OF POCKET. I HAVE ASKED TO BE CONTACTED WITHIN 7 DAYS WITH A RESOLUTION AND EXPLANATION BUT LAS SAID HE DIDNT THINK THIS WILL BE POSSIBLE AS THEY ARE SO BUSY. I WILL UPDATE FURTHER AS THIS PROGRESSES

Ordered £100 of items on Tuesday evening and paid for ne t day delivery(knew it would be Thursday delivery). Needed items for an event at the weekend. Never turned up, even though the items were meant to be with the courier. Contacted them and was told that the delivery would be Friday and they didn’t know why the delivery was not made on the Thursday. Contacted them again and them was told it wouldn’t be until the following Wednesday! Pathetic and unacceptable. Reimbursed me delivery charges, whoopi doo. Wouldn’t check with the courier to ensure I got my items. Shocking so called service. Will never order from them again,

Ordered on Thursday, paid money for next day delivery as I needed the items specifically for Sunday. Then I waited all day for the delivery. Delivery never came and now says that it would be delivered on the following Tuesday. That's 4 days after it's supposed to. Wasted a day waiting for the delivery and now will cost me money as it will be delivered after i needed it. Waste of £100 spending online. Their response was to reimburse the £3.99 next day delivery charge. Not call the courier and make sure they delivered the next day (Saturday). Not follow up on the delivery but just reimburse £3.99 even though now i will have wasted £100 as i need the items for Sunday. This is unacceptable and terrible service. I will never order from this site again and make sure no one else does.

Their online display is well laid out. The search options are great. They are very clear about returns and delivery. They have a great range of clothes and items. The delivery is excellent and communication is clear. They do not quibble over returns and they refund speedily. They really are an excellent company.
