Customer services are rubbish cannot answer a simple question with regard to my return. Do not seem to have the information that it is back in their warehouse. Talked over me asked to speak to her manager told he was not available but then put me on hold to go and speak with him. I have requested a call back from him and 2 hours later still waitin. Shoddy service and will not buy from them again. Need to change their return process

Bonmarche is very fast becoming a bad experience, be aware that when you buy and pay cash as i did last week if you need to return and dont want other items you will not get cash back and have to have a credit note, as i did exchange for 2 other items they said they did not have cash in the till to pay the difference which was owing to me, i have spent £368 in bonmarche this year When you are happy with a service you tell 10 people but if not satisfied you tell 20.

I would award 0 stars if possible, due to dreadful "customer service. " They sent me two identical orders...their error not mine. I sent two emails, over 10 days...no response at all! Telephoned today, they would not accept responsibility, and insist I pay the return postage. Unbelievable when it wasn't my fault. I Will never shop with them again.

Having spoken to customer service several times I believe there's a hold up in the warehouse most probably as their clothes are generally of poor quality and the warehouse is swamped with returns.

Having returned an items 3 weeks ago I have not had an acknowledgment from my emails or any refunded. This company is unprofessional. Even my local shop says their customer service are useless
Dont buy anything online. This company does not care

Evri are recommended for return and l have had an awfull experience with them who lost a parcel l was returning and it took me 4 months to get my money back
So l will never shop in Bon marche again
This is not customer service it is a con.
