I only wanted my missing items and express delivery refunded.

“Been waiting for refunds to the value of £65.90, spread over two orders. I returned ,September 16th 2025 and 2nd October 2025. I Have constantly emailed and Watts apoed with the return receipts from Evri drop off your return parcels, to no avail.
Going to write a recorded delivery letter to their physical address, then if I don't hear, going to police.”

I was charged twice because there was an error on their website.
I also tried to inform them of this, but fell on deaf ears.
I received emails saying my items are on the way, I emailed as soon as I was doubled charged to say that there had been a mistake and I don’t want double the items and still nothing.
Tried to contact via messenger and whatsapp and the bot kept giving my replies that had nothing to do with what I asked.
Will never shop here again and I advise no one else too Incase they get stuck with the same payment errors and have no assistance to fix.”
