I recently ordered a sweatshirt from them them a guest buyer (no account) it arrived, I didn't like it and I want to return it. Now this is difficult as they do not have a customer service chat or phone number. I had to open an account to apply to return this garment and the process still does not work! I'm furious! BooHoo? What do I do with this sweatshirt 🤔”
