“If I could put no stars I would. The quality of the clothes is extremely poor and very badly fitting, probably the worst quality I've ever experienced. Cheap material, nothing like the pictures online and extremely overpriced for the awful quality. But more importantly, their lack of empathy or true customer service is none existent, they are purely driven by profit, not service. I will never use them ever again.”
“Order a gillet, only cause it was in a sale and always wanted one., so got two. Went by their sizing guide, too small. Got xl, not much difference but fits better. The other one has a damaged popper on both sides do doesnt close. Taked 48hrs to get a reply. Its been 1 week and all they offered me was £20% =£4.67 refund to get the popper fixed myself!! Told them to send me a replacement as its not my responsibility amd send me a label to send back. I am not paying because they dont have quality control.let see how long this takes. They have some nice items, but joke of customer service and if the items dont fit, you have to pay to return it yourself. Definately wont order again after this. Do not recommend.”
“I've had several items of poor quality. A pair of boots that I worse twice before soles fell clean off.
Sizes are just massively wrong.

“I bought some items to be delivered to Göteborg, Sweden on 27 November 2022, but Boohoo sent my package to Örebro, Sweden, which is more than 4 hours of train ride from my delivery address.
When I asked Boohoo, they kept saying they have delivered my item and don't see anything wrong with the location.
I then asked DHL Freight (they handled the deliver) why my package was sent to the wrong location, they said that was the address Boohoo gave them; what does Göteborg have to do with Fjugesta, Örebro???
If only I had checked the online review before purchasing!

“Why did i buy from these again. Bought tracksuit its disgusting see through material, ugly shape bottoms, bought bigger size x2 too what i am and still to small. Its now in the bin. F..it. “Awful replies. I had to send 2 emails a week apart. I live in FL, but they shipped to NY. It even said on the website that they will be shipped to my address, but I got nothing in over 2 weeks (when it said it should be delivered within 4 days) just for the customer service to send me an email saying that it has been delivered with a USPS link that tracked the package as delivered in New York. Hate this.”
“Their return process is not easy nor fast to get the refund. Delivery also takes minimum of 4days. And overall, quality of product or items not fantastic.”
“Delivery was prompt but the product left a rather disappointing impression on my first purchase from BooHoo. On inspecting the nutcracker Christmas onesie garment, the colours and patterns were faded and indistinguishable to its counterpart on the site, patterns on the back of the garment did not line-up, the garment was clearly made from a different fabric, which was of a stiffer material, not swishy and flowing as it appears on the site pictures, with the shape of the leg stiffly tapered inwards rather then hanging naturally. Pompoms on the hood tapers ends have threads coming loose. All in all, I do not feel it is even worth going through the trouble of returning the item as there is a £2 charge attached to it, will simply not order from the site ever again. I do feel it was a completely different garment and is clearly not the one worn on the site.”
“Do not order from this company! Terrible quality and shipping prices. If you return something you will get a small fraction of what it cost you to purchase on top of having to pay $ 6 for a label to return in at all. Do your out shopping return frees. For instance I bought a tracksuit that I didn’t fit so jut figured I’d return it. It cost $45 plus 14.95 for shipping( not refundable I know) then $6 for a label yo return through USPS. I received a refund of 14.95 in total. Do yourself a favor an order from Forever 21 if you’re trying to save $$. At least you’ll see money back if you return it. Plus they ship out of the UK:/”
