“I understand people experience things differently but I've ordered 2 lots of deliveries with the standard shipping and both came within 48hrs. 1st I ordered on the Sat 11pm and got them on the Monday and the 2nd lot ordered past 1am Tuesday night(Wednesday morning) and got them Thursday morning. 1 pair of jeans out of the 9 items I ordered were too big (I'm currently inbetween sizes atm) but giving them to my sister. The rest is absoloutely fine. I knew the quality wasn't going to be amazing but its good enough for what you pay and I was actually pleasantly surprised. My fave items have to be the pale pink Tracksuit and the super high waisted ripped skinny jeans. They fit like a dream. Super pleased. Super fast delivery and all round very happy.”
“I recently ordered the Boyfriend cardigan and I thought the delivery was on time with giving me updates. I have read a lot of negative reviews and some that it was cheaply made and not what they thought it would be. I got it, it was the right color and looked just like the picture. I was very pleased. If people expect a 200.00 sweater you might be disappointed but you paid 20.00 and it was well worth the money. If I need to buy something I would check them out again! They don't deserver such negative reviews!”

I got updates on tracking and so I placed a second order. It was quality again but one item I ordered wrong and was surprised how easy and free the return was. I'm in USA and I think they are UK and as soon as I dropped return outfit off at UPS, I got email that I was refunded, so what do I do - order for a third time. They have great sales and shipping overseas at great prices, I don't know how they do it, I am just glad I discovered them. I keep ordering for my teen son who is thin at 5"7 and for those looking for sizing tips the XS fits him great with room and length. They have sizing chart with recommendations and it was spot on. It is easier to shop this site than in person and I can't find this style , selection , easy service and prices . Very happy experience , will continue to buy from them. “I ordered three lace dresses and was pleasantly surprised. The price seemed quite low and shipping was free, so I was dubious, having ordered form a couple of other online sites with poor reviews. The dresses all arrived within the 7 business day time frame, were quite lovely. Seemed well made, did not have any weird odor or defects. Unfortunately, the style wasn't something that flattered me--not the fault of the dresses, for sure. When I went to the return site- it could not have been easier. Label printed and dresses being shipped back today free of charge. So, even though I had some misgivings after reading reviews, I would definitely order from Boohoo again and recommend it to others.”
