“What a nightmare! I have never used Boohoo before but yesterday i went on and ordered just over ÂŁ70 worth of clothes
i selected next day delivery but my confirmation said 3-5 working days so i sent emails to customer service, priority and
help desk today i checked and had no reply so called the customer service number after a 28 minute hold got through to reception
who said customer services are only online so to wait for a repsonse just had an email saying now my order has gone
through as 3-5 working days they cannot ammend it and i should wait until it is delivered then return it
i never would of ordererd if id known it would take a week to come i needed the delivery for tomorrow morning at the latest
but looks like i will have to return it all when it comes and shop elsewhere today such a shame because website
really nice and clothes looked lovely just awful customer service lets it down terribly to the point of not being
able to order again.”
“Actually terrible. Pay for next day delivery, it's Wednesday, I ordered on Sunday, and it's still not here?! Cannot either bother to reply to my email asking where my order is. I wanted to wear this order tomorrow but now I can't because it hasn't came. Do not trust boohoo if u have a time limit and actually pay for next day delivery, but they can't even get that right. Appalled.”

“Ordered a couple of blazers from Boohoo on 3-5 day delivery - they came after 7 days but I think it was weather conditions making the delivery run a little slow. The clothes were great, happy with everything. One blazer is a little on the small size but apart from that all good!T”
“Horrible customer service! Explained that I returned two items back at the end of Nov. I received an email in Dec...stating that my refund had been submitted to my bank. I have yet to receive a refund. They’ve asked me for my bank statements 7 different times. I submitted as requested and still no refund. So, Boohoo gets their items back and they are able to keep my money! This is STEALING!!!!”
“Ordered a pair of shoes in a size 6... They came in a size 5 , we emailed costumer services of this issue . We then ordered the shoes again in a size 6 ... again they came in a size 5 . Seriously how hard is it ?”
“Easy to navigate website, fast service, good packaging and easy returns. I would just say that the App needs to get slightly better, as you can't see item prices when browsing the app, you have to add them all o your basket and remove after should you not wish to purchase them.”

“I read all the bad reviews, but the cute clothes were too much to resist! I placed a small order and it shipped to CA, USA to check them out. Arrived in around a week and a half and the clothes are so adorable. I saw most everything was polyester, but it looks like cotton not cheap polyester. I received a plain tank top super great color and style and an off the should top that is really great. Also got a silver bracelet. I'm 100% happy and will buy from Boohoo again.”
