“Really bad. Ordered a tracksuit which clearly stated in stock in my size. Easy sailing through to checkout, details blah blah. Paid £5.99 Next Day Delivery and literally 4 hours later they’re telling me it’s out of stock via email, but obviously still quite happy to take peoples money off them. Spoke to customer services, all they could say was ‘oops our bad’ refund has been issued and I’ll receive it in 7 working days. This doesn’t include the delivery fee. Which is day light robbery anyway! I’d strongly advice to go elsewhere better quality better customer service and they won’t steal your money!! Also sizing is so shocking! Ordered a size 6 pair of joggers and honestly could fit a size 12/14 in them as they fit my mum perfectly! Just really disappointed was looking forward to seeing what the whole hype was about. It fell short for sure! I’d avoid.”

“I'd made 3 orders back in early May and returned all my unfitted items on time but the refunds never reached me and up to this very day after spoken explained and sent all proofs to countless different support agents on whatsapp and its all in the wilderness and my refunds of over £200 are still at stake. They seemed to be helping you with good mannerism but now there are no replies for 3 days now. Does anyone know there are other ways to contact them please? Would be grateful to any advice at all!

This is most definitely not the Debenhams that has been a British institution over many years it's now run by a scandalous and apalling group of people who behave disgracefully towards customers.
Have made 3 orders in the last month and each time has become progressively apalling. The first order arrived damaged and after arguing vehemently I was given a refund
The second order was made by next day delivery and it didn't turn up until 3 days later again no real apology apart from being offered a free delivery code, just blamed the delivery company and took no responsibility
This most recent order made on Friday again by next day delivery still hasn't arrived, contacted them on the Saturday and advised them it hadn't arrived they gave me this pathetic story full of lies and fabrication that it wasn't if you ordered before 11pm as advertised all over their website to get it next day but actually 9pm and they actually think customers will accept their lies
Told them I was not accepting that and after initially refusing to escalate to a manager eventually did, the manager messaged me telling me what they said was correct and they were not liable for anything until 8pm yesterday (Sunday) and would deal with it if not delivered by then
As expected still no delivered package yesterday so now it's 2 days late, contact them to advise and get no reply
Wake up this morning (Monday) to get an email from Debenhams via Hermes saying my delivery had been returned and thanking me for returning the package when I hadn't even received it
Debenhams have no official complaints procedure which I find amazing and hard to believe and are not regulated by any body or appropriate ombudsman
This means they can do and treat customers however they want and you have absolutely zero comeback when they treat you like this
They are a disgrace of a company”

The size 12 dresses ( ordered up because of the sizing issues) were really snug around the hip and stomach but, the top of the dress has plenty of room!
Material is awful.So thin it shows the outline of your knickers.
I used to buy from boohoo a lot some years ago.
I gave up because of the sizing.
However,I saw a couple of dresses I thought were pretty so tried again.
Nothings changed!
Sizing is so off and the quality is dreadful!

“Actually -5* not 1*. Clothing is poor quality, can also be poor in sizing. I returned all but have only been refunded for half of what I should have been so have put in a claim with Paypal. I have proof from them they have received all back, as they emailed me confirming they have. Customer service was poor, I had contacted them a few times. AVOID!!”

“While on the app today I tied to place an order however it wasn't accepting any of my card so I used my computer to order on the Web page. As a student I try to save money and used a promotion code however as my previous attempts had not been successful it said my promotion had already been used so I waited and after waiting half an hour my basket had disappeared. I repacked my basket and entered the promotion code which was this time accepted I ordered and received and email to say I it was accepted however I now had 2 orders on my account. When contacting Boohoo they said they couldn't cancel my order and I would just have to return what I wouldn't want however I have now had to pay £10 for delivery for 2 orders I dont want and they cannot offer me any compensation for the delivery fees or double order as reson 1) the promotion shouldn't have been accepted in the first place and reason 2) it was my choice to order it twice. Very disappointed”
