“First of all, I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it. It wasn't as late as some other reviewers, but still late. Most importantly though the clothes were awful quality and had a horrid, plastic-y smell. A jumpsuit I ordered (that was originally priced around ÂŁ25) was made of paper-thin material with no give. It did not look as advertised. Very disappointed in the quality of my order, though I did receive I refund within one week of returning it.”
“When I placed my order I got an email which said that my delivery will reach me in 7 working days (to Europe countries). I payed extra money for that delivery. It means that the latest date would have been 2nd of the September, but it arrived on 16th of the September. It was their responsibility to make sure that my parcel will arrive on time. They ruined my friends wedding for me, because I ordered some clothes to go to my friends wedding and I couldn`t do it. Also they refused to refund me, so they are absolutely rude and they do not care about their customers at all. I am very disappointed. By the way, dont trust their size chart :) sizes are smaller than it should be.”
“I purchase a pair of what were described as STRETCH vinyl high waisted leggings in a size 16. On taking them from the packaging it became obvious that they were nothing like the picture online as below. Cheap thick bin bag material, absolutely no stretch. None at all. No high waist. Dreadful shape. Strange waist band which was pointed at the back. Waist band was twisted inside the material. I was unable to pull them further than my knees due to no stretch. Worst piece of clothing I have ever purchased.”
“The first dress I ordered looked COMPLETLEY different than in the picture, color and fit and material all way different than expected. The second dress I ordered 2 of as they were for a wedding and both my friend and I had rips along the seams of the second dress within 15 minutes of wearing it. I would say you get what you pay for but I spent about 50E on the dress so it should at least last me one evening...”

Its now the 9th and I still haven't received the item and have been advised it wont be with me until the 18th. And they wont refund me the next day delivery charge.”

“I never had problems with them before but this time my delivery never came. I ordered some dresses for my cousin's wedding and ordered them over a week in advance. When they had no arrived I had to chase up the delivery myself to find out that they had in fact made an attempt but couldn't find access (a problem that never occurred before). boohoo states that the the courier will try 3 times to deliver the package before sending it back to the depot but they did this after one attempt. This meant that my dresses were to be sent a day after the maximum days and on they day i was supposed to leave for the wedding. The courier did not come so I had to leave LATE without them. No one could tell me anything every time I contacted boohoo and Hermes (the courier). As i was leaving I told boohoo to not attempt to send them again as i would not need the dresses anymore and the address was not mine but they did anyway 14 days after my purchase meaning that now my family members have to deal with returning it for me. Not only did they make a supposed happy occasion very stressful for me but for my family members also. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN”
