“I have made a couple of large orders from boohoo over the past month or two & cannot complain. The deliveries were on time, if not slightly earlier & everything arrived as expected. I love the website and discount codes that they offer. Only thing is some items of clothing do not match the pictures on the website, but still good quality and you cant expect much more for the prices. Would recommenced.”

“I can't believe the reviews I'm reading!!! I "love" Boohoo. I have been buying from them for some time now for my 15yr old son, and have never had a problem. I've just received an order from them, and he dived into the parcel, put on everything that was there, and he's off out!! The clothes are of a good standard for the price you pay, and the delivery is excellent. If I had read these reviews before, it would have put me off ordering. Glad I didn't, lol”
“I've ordered from the site a couple if times and so far I like them. There are a few things to be aware of the shipping takes about 2 weeks to get to you. There sizes are a little off I'm a 14/US, their size guide puts me at a 16/UK or XLG. I haven't had a issue with the 16, but the XLG does not fit at all(luckily the XLG I did buy only cost me $10 so I'm not that upset.)
The quality of the clothing is good for the price. I have purchased a lot of their jersey dresses & skirts & have no issue with them. I have washed them several times with no issue. I haven't tired to return anything, so I've never had to deal with their customer service. I would suggest that before you spend a lot of money on the site to purchase one item on sale & see if it fits & if you like the quality before you spend a lot of money. Also I love their app because they have daily sales on the app 40-50% off certain items. I will continue to buy from their site, I like what I've purchase so far.”
“Absolutely the worst store I have ever I will never ever order from here again. The worst customer service !! The orders take up to 2 weeks even when you pay for expedited shipping !!! And the when your clothes do arrive they are ripped and cheaply made! I ordered for my vacation and paid for faster shipping so I can have it before. No one is helping me all they are saying is please allow until the 10th for your order! Even tho it shipped on the 26th... that is not 6 working days.”

“Made my first ever order with boohoo on Monday and paid for next day delievery as needed them for an event on the Thursday evening boohoo claim to have delievered my items but today is Saturday and I still do not have them. I've emailed boohoo and they responded 2 days later to ask me to confirm my address I replied straight away to receive a email back saying they will be in contact again in 48 hours. I'm disgusted in the service I have received I have paid for my items which I do not have and boohoo have not issued a refund. I would avoid ordering from them again at all cost complete rip offs!!!”
“Terrible company, every item I order is terrible quality. Bought some trainers that feel like plastic bags on my feet, a pink onesie which is so thin and poor quality that its see through! Don't even get me started on the customer service, what a joke!! Sent me a white top covered in makeup stains, had to ask for a replacement about 100 times, was too late by the time someone actually responded to me as I had left for uni. Still haven't had a refund! Never ever going near this company again.”

“I purchased a Megan MA1 Scuba Bomber in the nude. It didn't look like the one the model was wearing as the colour was wrong. There was meant to be black around the collar, ends of the sleeves and on the bottom but it was all just nude. If you're not going to sell exactly what's on the model then at least change the picture to what the item actually looks like. It's probably not as big of a deal as other people's bad experiences but it just annoyed me as that's what I liked about the jacket.”

“Ordered 3 items, which were delivered in a timely matter. I tried everything on and none of it fit, so I put everything back in the original packaging with original receipt, put the return label on and went to the post office. First of all, their return label is just their address. You have to pay for the return. Fine. I mailed everything back, WITH a tracking number. Nearly a month later, there is no refund. I have emailed them twice. The first time, the customer service person emailed me back saying the items haven't been received. I provided her with the tracking number that gives the day and time of arrival, and never heard back. A couple days later, I received a standard form email thanking me for my interest in returning an item. I responded, again with the tracking number and my order number. I stated that the items were in fact received, and I want a return ASAP. Once again, no reply. Definitely do not recommend buying from here.”
“I ordered my item late Saturday night knowing full well that I wouldn't receive my item until Monday. However, I still have not received it and it's 20:27 pm on Monday night. I then messaged boohoo on Facebook and they said that there was an address query that they did not inform or ask me about, however they said I would have to allow 24 hours for my item which is useless as I need it early tomorrow. Will not recommended boohoo to anyone and will never buy from boohoo again. Disgusting”
“Hermes apparently delivered my parcel even though i never received it. Contacted Hermes and they did not get a signature - no surprise there. Boohoo only contactable through email and they take 2 days to respond. I needed these items for my holiday and now have no chance of getting them. Will never order through Boohoo again.”
