“I placed an order on the 30th of November and boohoo is telling me that I will not be able to receive a refund or credit until January 3rd. There customer service is horrible. Not to mention they do not have a line to call.”
“Sizing was awful. Followed their chart to XL shirts. One was a medium (where my arms cold not breath) and the second was a large.
The returns are shocking also. You have to pay to send an item back and I could not locate a contact number or email.”
“Package lost in post as the tracking clearly shows. Yet boohoo will not refund or resend until a month later leaving it too late for me to buy replacement Christmas presents. “Absolutely fuming, I bought a couple of thing's from boohoo two weeks ago. Even though I was told maximum wait time was 5 days I received one email from them over a week later saying they know its been a while,with no apology or date. I then waited a further week a decided to write a complaint as my items were also for a birthday present which had now passed as it was the 8th of December. And their response was don't worry. Customer service and care is abysmal. I extremely angry and disappointed with the service or lack of that I have received.
I would have brought from here again but due to how they've felt with the situation, I probably won't.”
“Two maxi dresses and a jumper fit fine at a size 12, but a coat I ordered did not fit and was meant to be a one size. I can wear the coat as a sort of jacket but it is quite small, sizing needs more details so people can buy properly. Otherwise delivery was good.”
“Their sizes are sometimes wrong but when I have bought something from them that actually fits, I'm happy. A few years ago their coats and jackets used to come up small, but now they come up big, recently I bought 4 coats I had to send a couple back and buy them 2 sizes down and 1 size down. I wear a 14 and have had to send a coat back and buy a 10 instead.
They really need to allow public reviews on their website, it will help allot with sizing”

“Ordered a tracksuit for my son which he really wanted. Washed it before he wore it especially during these covid times and the whole lot came out bobbly. Contacted customer services who said they don’t usually refund for a bobbly product. This had not been worn and just washed yet they didn’t care!! They finally agreed to 50% refund me bearing in mind this was a £32 tracksuit which I could have got a branded one for nearly the same price 😤😤 the Best Bit was then being told to use a RAZOR to remove bobbly bits!!! On a brand new item
